The Bitmain Antminer S21 Bitcoin Miner was a highly anticipated cryptocurrency miner given the success of Bitmain’s S19 line. However, A LOT of people are having issues with their brand-new S21s! We received the S21 from ASICMarketplace to review, and at no fault of their own, it stopped working within one week of receiving it. We contacted Bitmain, who instructed us to submit a repair ticket. After some back and forth, they had us send the miner to one of their repair centers in Delaware. Well, the miner is back! Let’s review what happened, how the warranty process went, and if the miner is working!
