Sam Bankman-Fried suggests that other players in the game are secretly insolvent, and despite false rumors of liquidation, MicroStrategy is still purchasing more Bitcoin!

Gensler says that many Crypto assets have the key features of a Security, and should be regulated by the SEC as they are non-compliant. However, according to him, Bitcoin seems to get a pass as a Commodity, and should be regulated by the CFTC instead of the SEC. Regardless, he’s still proposing a rule book to control all assets and “protect investors.”
